BOZEMAN, Mont. — Montana Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen was honored to join dozens of esteemed colleagues and guests at the Montana Chamber of Commerce “Blazing Trails” Women in Business Summit this week.
The three-day event invited “remarkable women from across the Treasure State.”
“The Women in Business Summit was an incredible event to be a part of,” said Secretary Jacobsen. “The Montana Chamber assembled an extraordinary list of respectable and highly regarded individuals, from our Lt. Governor Kristen Juras to keynote speaker Allison Fasano and so many more.”
“It was a privilege for me to join Rep. Courtenay Sprunger and Larissa Martinez during a great conversation on Thursday,” Secretary Jacobsen continued.
Martinez, the Founder and President of the Women’s Public Leadership Network, moderated the “From Boardroom to Ballot: Women Leaders Seeking Public Service” discussion with Rep. Sprunger (HD-7) and Secretary Jacobsen. Each described the journey to becoming an elected official and the honor of serving.
“Serving Montana continues to be the honor of my lifetime,” said Secretary Jacobsen, “and I’m grateful to have had this opportunity to share the stage with such wonderful and distinguished women. Thank you to the Montana Chamber of Commerce team for organizing this great event, and thank you to my fellow presenters and attendees for allowing me to join you in sharing our stories.”
The “Blazing Trails” Women in Business Summit concluded on Friday.
