HELENA, Mont. – Montana Secretary of State Christi Jacobsen joins election officials across the country in celebrating Help America Vote Day on August 16, 2022.
“Montana’s state and local election officials continue the heavy workload of preparing for the upcoming November General Election,” said Secretary Jacobsen. “Election officials are preparing the ballot for certification, registering voters, providing education and outreach, and answering questions on everything from polling and satellite locations to ballot issues.”
Montanans interested in serving as an election judge can contact their local county election office for more information. Eligible Montana voters are encouraged to confirm their voter registration status is up to date, including name and address, by visiting the Secretary of State’s “Vote Ready” page.
“All eligible Montanans are encouraged to register and vote in the upcoming General Election,” said Secretary Jacobsen. “Our Vote Ready page offers the resources Montanans need to register and vote, and we look forward to seeing you at the polls on Tuesday, November 8.”
